About Myndpay Walk-In Tubs and How Referrals Work

Who we are

Myndpay Walk-In Tubs is a referral service. We help homeowners get ready for a walk-in tub or safer bathing project. Then we connect them with an independent provider.

We are not a contractor. Providers do the work.

Why we exist

Bathing projects are easy to start badly. People phone around without photos. They forget measurements. They cannot answer basic questions about the room or who will use it. Estimates come back vague, and then it is hard to compare them.

We built Myndpay Walk-In Tubs around preparation. Folder before quote. A homeowner who arrives with clear notes gets a clearer conversation, and the provider can give a more useful answer.

How the process works

1. Gather. Take photos of the tub, the walls and the floor. Measure the space. Write down your needs. 2. Send. Submit your request, or request a callback to check provider availability. 3. Match. Your request goes to an independent provider in our network. 4. Talk. The provider contacts you and may visit for a written quote.

What to expect after you send

Timing depends on the provider and on your area. Some providers can respond quickly, others need a few days. A provider may ask follow-up questions by phone or email. Some jobs can be priced from photos, while others need a visit to check plumbing, flooring and wall condition.

You can say yes, ask for changes or walk away. Nothing is final until you agree to a written quote with the provider.

What we ask of providers

Providers in our network agree to a few basics:

• Respond to homeowner requests politely.
• Give clear written quotes.
• Explain the job before starting it.
• Handle their own licensing, insurance and permits where required.

We do not verify every detail of a provider's business, so ask them directly. Ask to see proof of license and insurance if it matters to you.

What we do not do

• We do not install, remove or repair anything.
• We do not set prices.
• We do not promise timing.
• We do not decide which product is right for you.

Those choices belong to you and the provider.

A note on insurance

Some policies may cover sudden damage. Check your policy. Providers can often help document conditions for a claim, and your photos and notes make that easier. Coverage decisions are made by your insurer, not by us or the provider.

How we are paid

Providers in the network may pay Myndpay Walk-In Tubs for referrals. You are not charged by us for the connection. Your agreement and payment are with the provider.
