Our Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Myndpay Walk-In Tubs wants myndpay.space to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Target
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. Our goal is to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
We work to do the following:
- Use clear headings in a logical reading order
- Give meaningful images a text description
- Keep text large with strong color contrast
- Make each page usable by keyboard alone
- Build layouts that read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content may be partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to reach a provider, or email contact@myndpay.space and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Send Us Feedback
Tell us where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@myndpay.space and include:
1. The page or feature that caused the problem 2. What went wrong and what you expected 3. Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can share it
We review each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Continuing Work
Accessibility is never done. As we update the website, we keep working to improve it.
